Taking Care

We recently installed a server and secure VPN links between 13 sites and the server for Adelaide Care, a London-based domiciliary care provider. The server is used to host HET Software’s CareManager so that Adelaide Care can ensure that it continues to provide a first class service and comply with CQC regulations.

Upgrading

The Bond Board works in Bolton and Rochdale to assist people to move into homes in the private rented sector. After recruiting new staff the charity found that its old computers were not providing the performance required and so asked us to upgrade them or provide new computers when it was more cost-effective. Staff were also equipped with Blackberry mobiles so that emails and calendars are updated no matter where they are working.

Upgrading 2

Urban Outreach Bolton, a Bolton-based charity that works with disadvantaged and vulnerable people recently asked us to replace its aging server and desktop computers. Over two days all data was migrated to the new server and computers.
